The former co-owner of Balance Beyond and Within Counseling Services since 2005, I opened my own private practice, Aspire Counseling, PLLC in January of 2011. Having spent five years as the Clinical Director of The Youth Council in Nashua, NH , I am excited to be providing direct service full time again to individuals, couples and families .
Since graduating from St.Anselm College in 1989 and Boston University School of Social Work in 1997, I have provided individual, couples and family counseling to children, adolescents and adults in school, home and office settings. I am trained in various treatment modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational enhancement therapy and solution-focused therapy.
